About Glagolitic

The oldest known Slavic alphabet, created by Saints Cyril and Methodius. Has 41 letters. Replaced by Cyrillic in most areas but survived in Croatia until the 20th century. The rounded letter shapes may derive from Greek minuscule. The Baška tablet is the most famous Glagolitic inscription. Croatian Glagolitic tradition lasted over 800 years.
