About Cypro-Minoan
A syllabic script of Bronze Age Cyprus, derived from Linear A and ancestral to the later Cypriot syllabary. About 250 inscriptions survive on clay tablets, cylinders, and metal. Three related variants are recognized. The language or languages recorded remain unidentified. Its name reflects its resemblance to both Cypriot writing and Linear A.
